EMPOWER - Elevating Marginalized Populations through Women's Equity and Representation.
This project focuses on promoting gender equality by developing leadership and enhancing the representation of Adivasi and Dalit women in Dinajpur Sadar, Birol, Kaharole, and Birganj Upazilas. It addresses systemic discrimination and social exclusion faced by these communities, empowering women to take on leadership roles and participate in decision-making processes. Through capacity-building, advocacy, and skills training, the project aims to dismantle discriminatory norms, strengthen social cohesion, and ensure equitable access to rights and resources. By fostering inclusive leadership and representation, the initiative seeks to create a society where marginalized women and communities can assert their rights and drive sustainable change.
