What We Do

JSKS aims to create safe and inclusive community platforms for Dalit and Adivasi communities especially women and girls, where they can regularly discuss their challenges, share experiences, and express their aspirations in a supportive environment. Through structured sessions, participants will build essential life skills including communication, decision-making, problem-solving, empathy, and resilience, enabling them to navigate social and economic barriers with confidence. The initiative also raise awareness on self-identity, social discrimination, rights, and social inclusion, promoting dignity and self-esteem among marginalized women. Furthermore, JSKS strengthening solidarity and collective action, empowering women/youth to address socio-economic challenges and actively engage in wider community development processes, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
