What We Do

The initiative aims to strengthen the leadership and advocacy capacities of Adivasi and Dalit women, CSO representatives, and youth leaders by enhancing their knowledge of rights and legal frameworks, equipping them with practical advocacy tools, and building their confidence to engage with government institutions and local decision-making processes. Through participatory training and action planning, participants will be empowered to promote gender-sensitive and inclusive leadership, foster collaboration within their communities, and develop realistic advocacy plans to advance their collective demands and ensure meaningful representation in local governance.
